What does the word 'Health' means to you? Staying healthy and being fit? Well its not only about your body, its about your mind too. We often hear this term "A healthy body is a guest-chamber for the soul", its true, with our body, our mind also has to be fit and fresh. When it comes to healthcare, the bare minimum we should is eat well, thats for the starters and the basic requirment of a human body, our food has all types of nutrients(calcium,iron,fat,protien,mineral etc), and we should have intake of all these nutrients. Eating habits says alot, not eating reflects on your face and body, consumption of vegetable is must, having all your meals in a day is as important as your breathing because what you eat right now, will impact you in another 10-15 years, the impact can be good if you have health food and bad as well if your body did not sufficent amount of nutrients,they play a vital role in our lifestyle. Secondly, we shall wake up early and do meditation (i know this sounds boring but you will see how it helps during your old age), if you cant sit for an hour, atleast try and meditate for half an hour, try deep breathing or go for a walk, this gives your body a healthy kind of fatigue and stress at the end of the day which results in deeper and better sleep so choose wisely what is good for your long run. Try and have a healthy mindset, you should not let negativity impact you and having medical checks up are a must, sometimes we dont know what all can be happening in our body so having regular check up is important. To sum up, i would say, take out time to care for your mental and your phsyical health and nothing can harm you, always stay healthy, take care of your body, its the only place you have to live.
