SailPoint IIQ Skills: Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions to meet business requirements.

Programming Languages: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, or JavaScript, as well as familiarity with XML and SQL.

Identity Management Concepts: Understanding of identity management concepts including provisioning, access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and directory services.

Integration Skills: Ability to integrate SailPoint IIQ with various systems and applications using APIs, connectors, and other integration methods.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and communicate project status effectively.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or similar certifications in identity management are often preferred.

Documentation: Capability to create technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and implementation guides.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the identity and access management space.
