"Activity 1.1

Participants are required to submit a leaflet aimed to create awareness among the general public, about Breast Cancer. Leaflet should be in such a way that it should be explained easily or self explanatory.

Participants are required to adhere to the following instruction.

- Leaflet should be in English, Hindi or local language of participant.

- Leaflet should not be more than 2 A4 size paper.

- Leaflet should NOT have name, email, mobile no, or any identification mark of participant. This is necessary to avoid any bias evaluation.

- Each participant can submit only one submission. So if your leaflet is of 2 page then either convert them as one pdf file or in one single image.

- You should be member of any of our Regional Chapter.

# All participant will get participation certificate.

# Top 5 Leaflets will be displayed on our website. They will be provided with Certificate of Appreciation.

# Winner will be given 5 points with consideration for Best Member Certificate with Certificate of Winner.

# Chapters of top 5 will be awarded with 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 Points according to the position of their member respectively.

You can use images from different sources but use of any ready-made written material is not allowed."
