What is the best home remedy to loose weight. I am of 85kg with height 165cm. I feel I am over weight.

In order to reduce your weight,please follow this schedule
Morning:Drink one glass of water in your empty stomach..Breakfast: 3 Wheat dosa or chapathi..One boiled egg..Instead of using curry you take one green banana(Robusta)..You can drink tea without sugar.
At 11.00AM take 5 almond..Afternoon:1/4th of your meal and if you are not feeling fullness of stomach,drink plenty of water..Drinking plenty of water help to glow your skin.. Eat fruits frequently..(Apple,grapes,dates,Orange etc..)..dry fruits also
Evening:Instead of taking tea,you can drink juice of any fruit
Night:Chapathi or wheat dosa with one banana

Don'ts
Say no to junk food
Donot take any fried food
Donot take fat containing food

Try to reduce carbs, take more protein, do yoga like suryanamaskara you will definitely see change not only in your body even your way of living discipline everything.

Take green tea and do exercises. Reduce fat intake. Doing this regularly will give good result

If you wanna lose weight, you should probably reduce your carbs intake, consume more proteins have high protein content foods like nuts, eggs and cereals.
May be you can also try intermittent fasting which had three distinct time periods, chose your suitable time and start intermittent fasting.

You can also start doing cardio workouts starting from 20mins but daily.
Drink green tea, lemon tea etc
By doing all these you can reduce weight. But its not an easy process, consistency is must.
