Stress  associated with chronic disease conditions are prevalent among individuals,   which can contribute to negative impacts on treatment effectiveness, quality   of life or even medication non-adherence. The study is conducted to assess   the perceived stress in patients and their ability to cope up with stress   (resilience),and to assess whether it is correlated with the socioeconomic   status of patients.
