ADR is the 6th leading cause of death worldwide. Thus monitoring of ADRs is fundamental, especially in patients with chronic disorders inorder to prevent the detrimental consequences. Reporting and registering of ADRs and associated risk factors in chronic disorders are essential for health team to select best treatment options. These data can then be used to predict ADRs. Better understanding of ADRs associated with treatment of chronic diseases leads to better adherence to treatment and thereby better prognosis.
